Transportation

Members of the Scientific Committee, speakers and participants, will be received at the arrival hall of the Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport, after Customs’ Office, in order to be offered transportation to the hotels. For this purpose, they have to make sure that all flight details (time, flight number, air-transporter) are included  in their registration forms.

Special care has been taken to ensure that the recommended hotels are located within walking distance from the venue.

Ιn keeping with the spirit of the Conference, transportation will be provided from the recommended hotels, to the venue and vice versa, by electric cars, bicycles and other environment-friendly means.
