Climate change impacts on cultural heritage: Facing the challenge

Bushati Etleva

After graduating in Architecture in 1992, at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, she completed his
Master's degree in “Architectural Survey and Documentation Restoration of Architecture” at the La
Sapienza University of Rome and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, within the HECDP-TEMPUS
program. On completion of post-graduate studies, she completed her PhD program on
"Microclimate conditions of museum buildings in Albania. Influence of thermohygrometric
parameters in conservation. Albanian case studies."
Etleva has been a lecturer and researcher since 1996, initially at the Agricultural University of Tirana
and since 2009 at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism,
Department of Restoration and Architecture Technology. Her research field is related to cultural
heritage, its technologies and its sustainable development.
In the didactic and scientific activity she counts; specializations and scientific qualifications abroad,
participation in international and national conferences and seminars, journal articles, books
publication and participation in joint projects.
